个人信息保护法实施，B2B企业迎来新篇章 The Personal Information Protection Law brings a new chapter to B to B Enterprise

《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（后简称：个保法）于2021年11月1日起施行。该法案的制定参照了欧洲《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）在确保用户隐私方面的框架，加大了对中国公司在数据存储和处理方面合法合规的要求。

The Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (hereafter referred to as the Individual Protection Law) has come into force on November 1, 2021.

The Individual Protection Law follows the Framework of Europe's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure user privacy, increasing the legal requirements for Chinese companies to store and process data.

该法案也将与《网络安全法》、《数据安全法》一起，共同构成未来中国互联网安全与数据保护领域的基本法律框架，要求企业树立数据资产安全的理念，同时为满足数据合规进行更多的投入。

The Personal Information Protection Law together with the Cybersecurity Law and data Security Law, will form the basic legal framework for Future Internet security and data protection in China, requiring enterprises to establish the concept of data asset security and make more efforts to meet data compliance.
